From my personal experience, SBI offers the best loans in hyderabad.
For home, car, personal loans you can visit SBI office located opposite RS Brothers(contact No 9848933846), Patny circle. You can also apply for loan online at http://www.sbi.co.in/
You should first try PSU banks like SBI, Bank of Baroda, Indian Overseas etc. People think that PSU takes more time in processing, but its worth the waiting period becuase you get good interest rates. I think you should avoid Axis bank because they simply waste your time(this is from my personal experience).
